Your profile

Must-have

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Demand Gen (ideally in B2B SaaS).
  • You can execute hands‑on: campaigns, landing pages, tracking, copy.
  • You understand KPIs and can explain which lever influenced which metric.
  • You work experiment‑driven, pragmatic, and data‑based.
  • You are channel‑agnostic and go where the highest impact is.
  • You take ownership and work with high speed and a strong iteration mindset.
  • You collaborate closely and constructively with Sales & RevOps — growth is a team sport.
  • You are confident working with HubSpot (workflows, landing pages, campaigns, reporting).

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Clay or Apollo (enrichment, lists, signals).
  • First hands‑on experience using Claude.
  • Experience with n8n / Make / Zapier for automation.
  • Paid/tracking skills: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM.
  • Experience with enterprise audiences and complex value propositions.

Your mission

Growth & Experiments

  • Establish a weekly experimentation rhythm (hypothesis → launch → learnings → iteration).
  • Identify the biggest bottlenecks in the funnel and prioritize initiatives by impact.

Acquisition & Channels

  • Test and scale the channels that work for us (Paid, SEO/Content, landing pages, partnerships, communities).
  • Develop outbound enablement: offers, messaging, sequences, proof points.

CRO & Messaging

  • Optimize website and landing pages — copy, structure, CTAs, social proof.
  • Work closely with our ICP: clear value propositions, segmented headlines, relevant use cases.

Lifecycle & Nurturing

  • Build nurturing flows and increase the lead‑to‑SQL conversion rate.
  • Craft relevant touchpoints across the journey (education → intent → conversion).

Measurement & Attribution

  • Define KPIs and tracking — no “vibes marketing,” but measurable results.
  • Collaborate closely with RevOps to ensure clean data, lifecycle stages, and reporting.
