Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to support our Growth Marketing Lead in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. In this role, you’ll help execute performance campaigns, analyze results, run experiments, and optimize the customer journey across channels. This is a great opportunity for someone who is data-driven, eager to learn fast, and excited to scale a high-growth D2C beauty brand. This position requires the candidate to work on-site from our Berlin office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute scalable growth strategies to achieve customer acquisition, retention, and revenue targets
  • Performance Marketing: Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and more
  • Customer Retention: Build and enhance retention marketing strategies, including email, SMS, and loyalty programs, to maximize customer lifetime value
  • A/B Testing: Design and run experiments to improve ad performance, landing page conversions, and customer engagement
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies
  • Collaborations: Work closely with creative, product, and social media team members to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end customer experience, from awareness to repeat purchase
  • Partnerships: Explore collaborations and partnerships to expand brand visibility and drive customer growth
  • Trend Spotting: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing tools to keep Lethal Cosmetics ahead of the curve

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
  • Expertise in managing and budgeting paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) with a proven track record of driving ROI
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or BI dashboards
  • Hand-on experience with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar
  • Experience with retention strategies, loyalty programs, or subscription models is a plus
  • A test-and-learn mindset with experience running A/B tests and data-driven experiments
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills
  • Business English proficiency; German proficiency is a plus
  • A passion for beauty and cosmetics is highly desirable
