Your Challenge
The world of user acquisition is being redefined by AI, enhancing most parts through agentic workflows and AI agents. We’re not just adapting to this change; our ambition is to lead it. We’re looking for a forward‑thinking Senior Growth Marketing Manager focused on Paid Search. Imagine building the machine, not just operating it.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and drive a forward‑thinking Paid Search strategy across key channels, with a focus on automation, scalability, and AI‑driven optimization.
- Own end‑to‑end management and performance of our primary Paid Search ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, PMax, Bing Ads).
- Manage and scale 5‑6‑digit monthly budgets for our Paid Search campaigns across multiple brands and markets, ensuring efficient investment and allocation of resources to achieve our growth targets.
- Systematically explore, test, and scale new growth opportunities within the search landscape, including new AI search platforms and advertising products.
- Foster and drive a culture of high‑velocity testing and data‑driven learning, creating experiment roadmaps to test hypotheses on ad copy, keywords, audience signals, landing page experiences, and channel systems.
- Act as a key stakeholder for our MarTech and Analytics teams, collaborating closely to improve measurement frameworks, build new capabilities, and refine tools that power our growth.
- Partner with our internal creative team and copywriters to guide the development of high‑performing ad copy and creative assets, ensuring a cohesive and data‑informed creative strategy for search.
Your Profile
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Paid Search, with deep expertise in managing ad accounts with at least 6‑digit monthly budgets.
- Track record of moving beyond manual campaign management, thinking in terms of systems, automation, and scalability. Experience with scripting (e.g., Google Ads Scripts, Python) and marketing APIs is a strong plus.
- Deeply analytical mindset, with the ability to handle large datasets and uncover strategic insights. Experience with advanced marketing measurement methodologies (MMM, incrementality, MTA) is desirable.
- Highly curious about the AI revolution and its application to marketing; willing to think systemically about building, automating, and leveraging AI agents for paid search.
- Self‑starter who thrives on autonomy, has a bias for action, and can deliver results in ambiguous environments.
- High‑velocity “test‑and‑learn” mentality, rapidly iterating to uncover what works.
- Fluency in Spanish will be counted as a plus.
