Gruppenleiter Elektrotechnik Test Center (m/w/d)

Als Gruppenleiter im Engineering Test Center übernimmst du die Verantwortung für elektrische Labortests und führst ein Team von Fachkräften. Du arbeitest an der Validierung und Verifizierung von Windenergieanlagen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Testinfrastruktur den zukünftigen Anforderungen entspricht.

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Führen eines Teams von Spezialisten im Engineering Test Center in Rostock
• Globale Verantwortung für elektrische Labortests und deren Qualität
• Proaktive Weiterentwicklung der Testinfrastruktur für zukünftige Projekte
• Organisation und Steuerung von Tests in internationalen Prüflaboren
• Optimierung von Prozessen, Tools und Organisation zur Effizienzsteigerung

DEIN PROFIL

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in einer Ingenieurdisziplin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Langjährige Erfahrung in der Windindustrie und fundiertes Wissen über Windenergieanlagen und deren Komponenten
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Datenanalyse-Tools (z.B. Python, imc Famos, MATLAB, LabVIEW)
• Selbstständige, proaktive und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Flexibilität
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Verhandlungskompetenz
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Reisen
