Our GTM Engineers sit at the intersection of sales strategy, automation & AI, and RevOps. They design and implement the systems that power signal-based growth.
As a GTM Engineer, youâll own the end-to-end delivery of GTM Engine projects â from technical architecture to measurable client results.
Youâll work either independently or alongside another consultant to design, build, and optimize signal-based outbound systems that combine precision targeting, automation, and AI-driven personalization.
Project Delivery & Client Impact
- Own the full lifecycle of GTM Engine projects â from discovery and system design to execution and measurable pipeline impact.
- Translate complex business goals into actionable technical architectures (automations, integrations, workflows).
- Lead technical validation and client alignment during both sales and delivery phases to ensure longâterm success.
GTM Engine Development
- Design and standardize highâperforming signal workflows, enrichment processes, and outbound frameworks.
- Integrate and optimize tools such as Clay, Teamfluence, Lemlist or Instantly to ensure system scalability.
- Evaluate and operationalize new data sources (e.g., ad intent, firmographic APIs, product usage signals).
Enablement & Process Ownership
- Build and maintain internal GTM knowledge infrastructure â including playbooks, templates, and Loom walkthroughs.
- Establish delivery standards and best practices to align client expectations with capacity and system complexity.
- Mentor junior GTM engineers and working students to ensure skill development and process consistency.
Strategic Contribution
- Identify âwinning use casesâ and translate them into repeatable frameworks that scale across clients.
- Collaborate with leadership on service design, new offerings, and GTM methodology refinement.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex B2B automation or sales enablement projects (SaaS or professional services).
- Deep understanding of GTM tooling and RevOps architecture â ability to design technical solutions from strategic input.
- Handsâon experience with Clay, Smartlead, Lemlist, Instantly; Automation tools: Make.com, n8n, Zapier; HubSpot CRM (data architecture, workflows, integrations).
- Advanced use of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Perplexity) for enrichment, personalization, and signal analysis.
- Strong project management skills and clientâfacing communication (English & German). Analytical mindset with a focus on precision, repeatability, and measurable performance impact.
