Same is the new AI-powered professional radar that cuts through the noise of traditional networking. We don't do endless directories; we use AI to surface the people you absolutely need to meet based on shared goals, location, and professional synergy.

We are looking for Founding City Leads to hold the keys to their local network. This is a high-visibility, volunteer leadership role for a "Super Connector"—someone who naturally brings people together and wants to cement their status as the central node of their city's community.

Tasks

Curate the "Seed 100": You will hand-pick and invite the first 100 founding members of your city hub to ensure high-quality connections.

Own the City Hub: Act as the primary Admin for your city's Group on the platform. You will approve join requests and moderate the community.

Unlock Crowd Insights: Use our "God View" analytics to see exactly what skills are available and what needs exist in your local ecosystem.

Facilitate Connection: Host 1 casual meetup per quarter (using our built-in Event tools) to turn digital matches into real-world handshakes.

Requirements

The "Connector" DNA: You are the person friends text when they need an intro to a co-founder, a designer, or an investor.

A "Same" Profile: To apply, you must have a completed profile on the Same app. We need to see how you present yourself.

Community Builder: You have experience running communities, meetups, or are simply an active participant in the startup/creative ecosystem.

Self-Starter: You don't need a boss; you need a platform. You are ready to take ownership of a city and run with it.
