As an Office Manager & Team Assistant (f/m/d) , you are the first point of contact for our employees and service providers. You are an organizational talent with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that our office is a place where everyone feels at home. You support management and the team in daily operations and maintain a clear overview even during stressful periods.

Your Tasks:

Office Management: Independent responsibility for office organization (managing contracts and deadlines), ordering office supplies, and coordinating external service providers (cleaning, IT support, maintenance).

Reception & Communication: Providing a warm welcome to clients and applicants, as well as professional handling of mail and correspondence.

Team Support: Supporting the team with administrative tasks, travel bookings, and travel expense accounting.

Event Management: Organizing team events, meetings, and catering.

Interface Function: Close cooperation with the accounting department (invoice preparation) and the HR department (onboarding of new employees).

Workplace Atmosphere: Ensuring meeting rooms are ready for use and that "goodies" (fruit, drinks, coffee) are always in stock.

Your Profile:

Experience: You have completed commercial training (e.g., Office Management, Hotel Management) or a comparable qualification and have several years of experience in this field.

Organizational Talent: You work in a structured manner, think ahead, take initiative, and possess a "hands-on" mentality.

Communication: You have excellent German language skills and are business-fluent in English.

IT Skills: Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.

  • Experience: You have completed commercial training (e.g., Office Management, Hotel Management) or a comparable qualification and have several years of experience in this field.
