Position Summary:

Die Vergütung erfolgt nach dem gültigen Flächentarifvertrag.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• fachliche Anleitung und Einteilung der Mitarbeiter nach Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten
• Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter: Unterweisung in das Aufgabengebiet, die organisatorischen Abläufe, technische Hilfsmittel, Betriebsanweisungen etc.
• Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung einer bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit am Standort
• Einhaltung der gesetzlichen und behördlichen Anforderungen, der relevanten Arbeits- und Betriebsanweisungen
• Mitarbeit bei der regelmäßigen Überprüfung der Arbeitsabläufe hinsichtlich der Verbesserung von Produktivität und Qualität
• Überwachung des ordnungsgemäßen Einsatzes von EDV und der technischen Hilfsmittel

Ihr Qualifikationsprofil:

• abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung wünschenswert
• Berufserfahrung im Umschlagsbereich eines KEP Dienstleisters von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse operationeller Abläufe
• Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Führung von Mitarbeitern im operationellen Bereich
• Bereitschaft zur Spät- und Nachtarbeit, sowie an Feiertagen und Wochenenden
• Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
• Gefahrgutkenntnisse und Staplerschein von Vorteil
• Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse
• Grundkenntnisse Englisch
