Your Role – Your Passion

• You'll get hands-on when it comes to maintaining and caring for our camper vans – from small fixes to preparing them for the next adventure.

• You'll make sure our vehicles stay in top condition by handling simple repairs and checking everything that's essential for a safe trip.

• You'll carefully document damages and completed work so we always have a clear overview.

• You'll ensure that all team members spot and report damages correctly so nothing gets overlooked.

• You'll find practical solutions when things get tight between repairs and bookings – keeping operations running smoothly.

What you need to surf the wave with us

• A passion for pitching in and fixing things – basic handyman skills are more than enough

• Reliability and a structured approach to work

• Enjoyment of teamwork and clear communication

• Flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset, even when things get hectic

• A valid Class B driver's license

Your Salary

We transparency. The salary range for this position is between 31,500 EUR and 32,400 EUR gross per year. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will work together to determine which level within the salary band is the best fit for you. In an annual feedback meeting, your salary will be reviewed at least once a year.
