Hardware Developer (Mixed-Signal) - Dresden Area, Germany - Up to €75,000 (d / m / w)

Based in the Engineering hub of the Sachsen region, an international and market-leader are offering an exciting and unparalleled Hardware Developer position.

Specializing in electronic measurement equipment, this unique company develops and manufactures world-renowned and high-tech electronic devices for a variety of different industries. During this exciting time, they urgently require a Hardware Developer to join their department and utilize their specialist skills to fuel the progression of the company and increase the functionality of their flagship product.

Responsibilities

• Design of Mixed-Signal Electronic circuits, from conception to manufacturing
• PCB layout design using tools such as Altium, Eagle, etc.
• Take into account costs, standards, and miniaturisation of circuits, consequently developing prototypes
• Hardware Testing and verification, using test instruments such as Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Network Analyzers, etc.
• On occasion, you will be assisting in the development of firmware
• Creation and production of documentation and test specifications

Desired Skills and Experience

• Completed a degree in Electrical Engineer, Embedded Systems, or similar
• 3+ years experience in analog and Digital (mixed-Signal) circuit design
• Experience in PCB layout design, using relevant tools (Altium, Eagle, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of EMC testing, and electronic components
• Embedded C programming for microcontrollers
• Fluent German is
  mandatory
