About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Hardware Developer to join an innovative engineering team working on advanced embedded electronics and industrial hardware solutions.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic systems used in machinery, automation equipment, and high-reliability industrial applications.
This position suits hands-on engineers who enjoy working with circuit design, PCB layouts, microcontrollers, and hardware bring-up in a practical, collaborative environment.
Your Responsibilities
Design and develop analog and digital circuits for embedded and industrial applicationsSelect, evaluate, and integrate electronic components into hardware designsCreate schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard tools (e.g. Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle)Support hardware bring-up, debugging, EMC considerations, and system verificationCollaborate closely with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineering teamsConduct tests, measurements, and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and lab equipmentContribute to documentation, prototypes, and continuous design improvements
Your Profile
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field2+ years of experience in hardware development (embedded electronics, mixed-signal design, industrial systems)
Knowledge of:
Analog & digital circuit designMicrocontrollers (ARM Cortex-M, STM32, NXP, etc.)PCB layout and design workflowsSignal integrity, EMC, power supply design
Familiarity with design and simulation tools:
Altium / KiCad / EagleSPICE-based simulation toolsExperience with lab tools (oscilloscopes, logic analysers, multimeters)Strong analytical mindset and a hands-on, solution-oriented working styleEnglish required; German language skills are a strong advantage
