Deine Aufgaben:

• Bedienung, Wartung und Reparatur technischer Anlagen und Systeme, insbesondere HVAC und Elektrotechnik.
• Koordination von internen und externen Dienstleistern sowie Durchführung von Reparaturen und Lösungen technischer Störungen.
• Ausübung von Aufgaben als Fremdfirmenkoordinator, optional als Sicherheitsbeauftragter und Brandschutzhelfer.
• Begleitung und Umsetzung von Umbauten und Umzügen innerhalb des Gebäudes.
• Regelmäßige Inspektionen, Prüfungen, Tests und Aktualisierungen der Anlagendokumentation.
• Teilnahme am Rufbereitschaftsdienst

Eingangsvoraussetzungen:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Elektrotechnik mit mindestens 2 Jahren relevanter Erfahrung
• Gute Kenntnisse in der Gebäudetechnik sowie KNX-Systemen
• Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
• Eigeninitiative, Planungs- und Organisationsstärke sowie Verantwortungs- und Kostenbewusstsein.
• Fließend in Deutsch und Grundlagen in Englisch
• Erfahrungen mit dem Umgang der gängigen MS-office-Programme, CAFM-Systemen und Energiemanagement.
• Erfahrungen und Sicherheit im Umgang mit Normen und Vorschriften, insbesondere VDMA, VDE und DIN-Normen sowie die DGUV Vorschriften.
