Overview

We want you to be part of Ruby’s growing hospitality group, bringing your passion for HVAC, electrical or plumbing systems and love for hand‑craft to keep our hotels and workspaces running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all general technical micro‑repairs, structural fixes and necessary maintenance actions.
• Regularly inspect technical assets and systems.
• Coordinate all external facility‑management service providers.
• Execute painting and silicone work throughout the hotel.
• Work closely with the Corporate Office in Munich and coordinate with the housekeeping team.
• Monitor all scheduled maintenance and inspections of technical and safety equipment in agreement with the Maintenance Manager.
• Responsible for purchasing necessary materials, in consultation with the Hotel Manager.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in HKLS (Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, Sanitation) and/or electrical.
• Several years’ experience in a comparable role.
• Experience managing/coordination of external service providers.
• Strong general hand‑craft skills (painting, electrical, plumbing).
• Strong, cheerful personality; humor welcomed.
• Willingly work on weekends or evening shifts when required.
• Fluent in German; basic English communication.
