Head Barista

Our goal is to create the best coffee experience by roasting delicious coffee, baking cookies and bringing people together. Our dedicated baristas work with the best coffees and love to serve our customers hospitably. We provide training so our staff can expand their coffee knowledge and confidently share the stories of our farms.

Your profile

• You have experience as a barista in specialty coffee

• You have experience in leading and managing teams

• You enjoy working in a lively coffee shop environment

• You are communicative, friendly and customer oriented

• You work clean, fast, organized

• You are self-motivated, reliable and punctual

• You speak fluent English, your German is business fluent
