Overall responsibility for the planning, organization, and control of all kitchen processes
Leadership and motivation of the kitchen team
Ensuring outstanding food and product presentation
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with HACCP standards
Duty roster and vacation planning

In the exclusive First and Business Class lounges at Emirates Airlines, our catering team ensures that our guests enjoy the start of a relaxing vacation right from the airport.

In a space covering over 1,000 square meters, we offer our international passengers a variety of changing culinary highlights and first‑class service in a relaxed atmosphere.

We are looking for someone to start in mid‑February 2026 for a new project.

Qualifications

Experience in an operational management role (e.g., as a kitchen manager) in the hotel, restaurant, or catering industry
Training as a chef and several years of professional experience as a chef and/or catering specialist
Highest standards of quality and responsibility
Ability to work independently
Passion and dedication to the profession and attention to detail
High level of personal commitment, hands‑on mentality, resilience, and flexibility (shift work)
Knowledge of German and English
