This role is a Certified Function under the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR), specifically a Significant Management Function. The individual in this position must remain fit and proper at all times, adhering to the FCA Handbook, COCON, and all relevant regulations.
The Head of Broking leads the Broking function and is a key member of the Executive team. This role combines strategic leadership with handsâon delivery, driving business growth, strengthening market relationships, and ensuring successful execution of our broking strategy.
