We are excited to present a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Head of Corporate Process Management to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. This strategic role is critical in optimizing company-wide processes, driving digital transformation, and ensuring operational efficiency across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end process optimization, improving efficiency through analysis, standardization, and automation.
Develop and execute the digitalization strategy, implementing process automation tools to enhance business operations.
Oversee the selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT systems (including ERP), in collaboration with IT and department heads.
Drive process optimization and digitization projects, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and cost reduction.
Establish and develop a Corporate Process Management function aligned with company strategy, ensuring a scalable and future-proof IT and process landscape.
Lead interdisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve business objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in a similar leadership role, ideally in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Process Expertise: Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process automation, and business transformation.
IT Systems Knowledge: Experience with ERP, BI, and workflow tools, with a strong understanding of IT integration in business processes.
Regulatory Understanding: Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or similar quality standards is a plus.
Language Skills: Proficient in English and German
