Head of Customer Success - IT Automation (m/f/d)

If you’re also enthusiastic about AI and excited to turn new technologies into practical solutions, we’d love to hear from you.‍What You`ll Be Doing Lead and grow our Customer Success team – fostering a culture of proactive support, customer advocacy, and continuous improvement.Act as a key contact for all things IT infrastructure, operations, cloud, and automation.Drive the strategic development of our customer success initiatives, including automation and scalable support processes using tools like ScriptRunner.Tackle complex support cases with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.Build strong relationships with our customers, understand their goals, and ensure they derive maximum value from ScriptRunner through tailored success strategies.Collaborate closely with our development and marketing teams and contribute to product communication – e.g., through blog posts or knowledge base content.Represent ScriptRunner in the IT Pro community with expertise and enthusiasm. You Have Experience in system administration or technical customer support – ideally with some leadership experience.Strong PowerShell skills and a track record of implementing automation solutions.Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft services, Azure AD, virtualization, networking, and security.Analytical thinking, structured work style, and clear documentation skills.Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
