YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

As the Head of Digital Marketing, you'll be responsible for the vision, strategy, execution, and reporting of digital marketing aimed to drive user acquisition and app growth across all European markets. Your team will drive brand discovery and conversion not only to deliver new installs but also to maximize through the acquisition of high value users.

You’ll be a member of the Marketing Leadership team, leading and inspiring a geographically distributed team of experts in digital marketing whilst managing a multi‑million Euro budget.

Your span of control will be broad, encompassing Performance Marketing, App Store Optimization, SEO/AIO, Marketing Technology, and Growth Experimentation.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• Experienced digital marketing leader with 7+ years of experience
• Proven track record of scaling consumer facing mobile applications at a global level
• Passion for innovation and data‑led experimentation
• Passionate about developing teams
• Deep understanding of mobile/ marketplace app ecosystem and creative optimisation
• Experience of managing mult‑million Euro budgets across multiple acquisition platforms and markets
