Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global digital strategy to drive brand growth, sales performance, and community engagement.
• Ensure consistent brand presence and storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
• Translate global strategies into actionable playbooks, tools, and guidelines for local markets.
• Build and lead an international digital community for knowledge exchange and capability building.
• Oversee communication in all digital channels (social, paid, SEO/SEA, website, CRM, E‑commerce) with a performance‑driven focus.
• Define KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and optimize performance across markets.
• Collaborate closely with CRM, Data, E‑Business and Brand teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Lead and develop an international digital marketing team; manage budgets and resources efficiently.
• Foster strong cross‑functional and global‑local collaboration.

Profile Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Business.
• 6–8+ years of international digital marketing experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in marketing, data‑driven optimization, and channel orchestration.
• Proven experience in global strategy implementation and digital transformation.
• Strategic and analytical mindset combined with strong execution skill.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; promotes collaboration and innovation.
• Passion for digital innovation and understanding of direct sales dynamics.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage.
