What you will do

• Lead hands‑on development using TypeScript and React while providing technical guidance and code reviews for the engineering team.
• Define the long‑term technical strategy and system architecture in close collaboration with the Head of Product.
• Ensure high standards of code quality and security, identifying bottlenecks to maintain a high‑velocity delivery pipeline.

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience leading technical strategy or engineering teams at early‑stage startups or as a Principal/Staff Engineer.
• Deep expertise in full‑stack TypeScript, React, serverless systems, and cloud infrastructure like Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong communication skills tailored for distributed teams and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset to solve complex architectural challenges.
