Head of (f/m/d) Product Analytics

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and managers
• Make sure data analytics are incorporated into product decisions in a high impact way and that the team identifies relevant data sources so that finally actionable recommendations can be delivered
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Design leadership to understand the role of Data and how we can drive impact throughout the product development process
• Work closely with leadership to answer important questions about our customers, our products and the business
• Create frameworks to analyze the performance of our products and influence change by presenting product insights and recommendations within the organization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics role with some years leading individual contributors (e.g., leading and growing a high-performing Product Analytics team)
• A proven track record of using quantitative analysis to impact key decisions
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers and executives
• Nuanced understanding of diverse and inclusive hiring practices
• Degree in quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science etc.
• Understanding of statistical analysis, experience with packages, such as R, MATLAB, etc.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
