ABOUT THE JOB



• You will establish and lead Sundeals as a disruptive force in the budget travel market, leveraging the strengths of First Choice and LTUR while crafting a delivery model that is fast, scalable, and tailored to diverse European markets.
• You'll define a debundled, dynamic product offering, distributed via direct channels and the TUI Marketplace, designed to attract new customer segments while maintaining premium standards.
• The role involves building a scalable operating model that leverages existing tech platforms to enable rapid market entry, cost efficiency, and local fulfillment alignment.
• You'll spearhead the development of a distinct brand identity for Sundeals - one that complements the TUI brand while standing confidently on its own across European markets.
• Your leadership will drive profitability through lean structures, dynamic pricing, and agile operations, while managing phased revenue targets and navigating transformation challenges.
• You'll ensure business continuity for LTUR and First Choice while orchestrating a strategic transition into a unified operating model, leading cultural change and performance monitoring.
