Your seat to fill :

• Lead the global graphic design function, delivering impactful visual assets across all brand touchpoints
• Translate strategic objectives into strong, distinctive creative concepts that reinforce brand identity
• Oversee the creation of impactful marketing materials (e.g. catalogs, POS assets, packaging, digital content, campaign visuals etc.) and visually compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Marketing, Product, Fashion Design, and Brand Portfolio—to ensure cohesive and effective storytelling
• Guide and mentor an international team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence
• Manage external creative partners and agencies to maintain brand consistency and quality standards
• Drive continuous innovation in design while balancing timelines, budgets, and resources
• Stay current with trends in design, fashion, and branding to inform and inspire creative direction

Your stroll to CYBEX :

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Several years of relevant professional experience with a strong portfolio across print, digital, and spatial design
• Proven leadership experience in creative or design team management within international environments
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite), paired with strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling skills, and attention to detail
• Experience working in or with editorial fashion magazines is highly desirable
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; other languages are an advantage
• Confident working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
• Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
• Passionate about design as a tool for emotional connection and brand differentiation
