We are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Growth to architect and scale the global pipeline engine that fuels Workvivo’s continued expansion—with a particular focus on accelerating our growth in the U.S. market. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for building and leading a cross-functional team of 8–10 people across Digital Demand Generation, BDR/SDR, and Field Marketing. Your mission: generate qualified pipeline, accelerate revenue, and build a scalable growth model across regions.
This role goes beyond traditional demand generation. You will own pipeline creation across multiple global channels, directly manage both Marketing Demand and the Outbound BDR organisation, and serve as a key strategic partner to Sales and Executive Leadership. The ideal candidate has successfully taken a SaaS platform from EMEA into the U.S. market, understands the nuances of global pipeline generation, and is both a strategic operator and hands‑on builder.
