Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources Business Partnering to join our people leadership team, reporting directly into our Chief Commercial and People Officer. Based in Berlin or Munich, this role will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, driving the People agenda across assigned business areas and ensuring that talent priorities are fully aligned with BESTSECRET's overall objectives. In addition to supporting your business areas, you will contribute to company-wide HR initiatives by bringing the business perspective to shape impactful solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping the organization's future by enabling business continuity, supporting growth, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
Shape and drive the People strategy for your assigned business areas, ensuring full alignment with BESTSECRET's overarching goals and organizational priorities.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing business decisions on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy to enable sustainable growth.
Collaborate with our greater HR Business Partner team, building capabilities to deliver impactful, business-focused people solutions.
Collaborate closely with People & Culture Centers of Excellence to design and implement integrated talent, reward, and development initiatives that address current and future business needs.
Champion cultural evolution and change, leveraging data and insights to drive engagement, build leadership capability, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Drive strategic workforce and succession planning, identifying critical capabilities, future talent needs, and development priorities to strengthen leadership pipelines and organizational resilience.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience of 10+ years, in a complex senior Human Resources role.
Demonstrated success in setting strategy and driving measurable business impact.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term vision.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Data-driven mindset with a track record of making strategic decisions informed by insights and analytics.
Fluency in English required; German language skills strongly preferred.
Experience operating across international markets is a plus.
