Head of Key Accounts adidas Underwear & New Business Development (all genders)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategically manage & ensure expansion of our adidas Underwear license sector
Operationally manage & expand national & international key accounts in the sports retail sector
Acquire new retail partners
Oversee sales & budget targets
Implement our European sales strategy
Develop product range strategies for customers - including forecasts
Conduct annual business reviews & negotiate prices & terms
Sell-in of global collections, manage assortments & execute marketing & in-store initiatives
Carry out market analyses, regular visits & feedback sessions

YOU BRING

Several years of experience in international sales or key account management
Strong network within national & international sports retail
Excellent communication skills including broad stakeholder & networking management
Intercultural competences & team spirit
Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative & confident negotiation skills
High willingness to travel as well as flexibility & mobility
