Responsibilities

• Define and execute the site logistics strategy aligned with Operations goals.
• Lead logistics projects, capacity expansions, and digitalization initiatives (e.g., SAP EWM/WMS improvements).
• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations: inbound supply, warehouse management, internal flows, outbound distribution, and waste management.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and HSE standards.
• Develop and track logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage service providers and logistics partners for quality and cost efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10–12 employees, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (Master’s in Business Administration preferred).
• 5–10 years of logistics or supply chain experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and budgets.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP/EWM and MS Office tools.
