Your Impact

In order to succeed with this mission, we are looking for a Head of Marketing to establish a strong brand and support growth acceleration. You will report directly to our founder and be responsible for building and leading a high‑performing team with scalable processes in order to have significant business impact. Together with your team you will ensure an outstanding brand strategy and best‑practice marketing techniques. As the leader of the team, you will also be supporting your team members with their development. Your Mission

• Build and lead a high‑performing marketing team, enabling personal and professional growth through strong mentorship and coaching
• Set and own the strategic direction for all marketing efforts – including brand, performance, content, and growth marketing
• Act as Patronus’ in‑house performance marketing expert, driving innovation, launching new channels, and educating internal stakeholders
• Establish KPI‑driven reporting structures and ensure full‑funnel transparency – from lead generation to retention and LTV
• Define and implement scalable, data‑informed marketing processes aligned with our business strategy and customer journey
• Own and evolve the SEO and content marketing strategy to strengthen inbound acquisition and organic visibility
• Drive hands‑on execution of impactful campaigns across paid and organic channels, while fostering cross‑functional collaboration with Product, BI, Sales, and Operations
• Champion a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends, integrating them into actionable, high‑impact growth strategies

Your Talent

• 5–10 years of experience in B2C marketing, with a proven leadership track record in startup or scaleup environments
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, and brand‑building best practices
• Solid experience in SEO and content marketing, with a track record of improving organic traffic and inbound growth
• Background in lead generation or e‑commerce, with a strong understanding of funnel optimization and conversion dynamics
• Strong analytical mindset and experience working with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Salesforce, Webflow, and Figma
• Hands‑on mentality with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach to scaling teams and processes
• Collaborative leadership style – able to guide, empower, and inspire diverse teams
• Excellent communication skills and a visionary outlook on how to build a standout consumer brand
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)
