We are Matterhorn – one of the key teams at JetBrains developing innovative AI products. Our team works on Junie, the coding agent by JetBrains, which is already known and loved by developers. We’re also developing new products that will shape the future of technologies for developers and digital professionals.

About the role:

We are now looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to lead the Matterhorn team. This is an exciting opportunity to impact the advancement of AI in software development and join a company that is at the forefront of technological innovation.

As the Head of Marketing for Matterhorn (overseeing Junie and other Matterhorn products), you will lead the marketing strategy and supervise the execution of our AI-driven products. You will be responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and growth of these advanced technologies. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of tech and the AI industry, excellent strategic thinking, and a proven track record in marketing.

As part of our team, you will:

Develop and execute comprehensive and effective marketing strategies to drive growth and market share for Matterhorn products, including the AI coding agent Junie and other new tools.
Define marketing objectives to drive overall business goals and ensure the successful implementation of team marketing plans.
Define and enhance the brand identity and positioning of Matterhorn products that will ensure a market advantage and business growth
Develop compelling product narratives that highlight the unique value propositions and benefits of Matterhorn’s AI products for both individual users and businesses.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns.
Manage the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, content marketing, influencer marketing, events, and PR.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including case studies, blog posts, videos, and presentations.
Lead product launch initiatives, coordinating with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
Grow, lead, and inspire the marketing team.
Collaborate with the sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure sustainable business growth and high market share.

We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you have:

8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in AI or tech.
A strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in software development.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with B2C marketing, product marketing, and brand management.
A demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve marketing goals.
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
