Equifax is seeking a Head of Partner Development to lead and manage our team of Partner Development Directors. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving significant revenue growth and market expansion through a strategic partner ecosystem.

You will be pivotal in shaping and executing the partnership strategy for the UK region, with a relentless focus on innovation, execution, and speed to market. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, and creating ground-breaking joint value propositions.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Partner Development Directors. You will foster a high-performance, collaborative, and results-oriented culture, setting clear team goals, objectives, and KPIs.

  • Partnership Strategy & Innovation: Oversee the identification, prioritization, and development of new strategic partnerships, utilizing all GTM partner models (Sell To, Sell From, Sell Thru, and Sell With). You will guide the team in developing comprehensive partner recruitment, onboarding, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Executive & C-Level Engagement: Personally engage with and manage relationships with key C-level stakeholders at our most strategic partners.

  • Revenue Growth & Business Development: Take ownership of the overall partner-driven revenue targets for the UK region. You will drive the rapid implementation of joint business plans and collaborate closely with senior leaders across sales, marketing, and product.

  • Collaboration & Advocacy: Act as the voice of the partner ecosystem within Equifax UK, advocating for partner needs. You will represent Equifax UK at industry events, conferences, and executive-level forums.

What Experience You Need

  • Inspirational leader with a passion for developing talent.

  • Extensive experience in partner development, alliance management, or business development at a senior leadership level.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading, managing, and mentoring a team to achieve and exceed business objectives.

  • Demonstrable experience in driving significant revenue growth through strategic partnerships and developing innovative commercial models.

  • Deep understanding of the UK market and a strong network within the partner ecosystem.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Highly strategic, visionary, and commercially minded with an execution-focused mindset and a strong sense of urgency.

  • Resilient and able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and experience influencing C-level executives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

What Could Set You Apart

  • Previous experience within the technology or financial services industry.

  • A Master’s degree.
