As a Senior People & Culture Manager, you will drive the People agenda, acting as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring our culture, processes, and talent strategies scale with the growth of the company.

A TASTE OF WHAT TO EXPECT

• Support and improve HR administration: workflows, contracts, certifications, and digital records
• Ensure accuate monthly payroll in collaboration with our internal software and team
• Serve as key contact for authorities, insurance providers, and tax advisors on daily topics
• Maintain and optimize HR systems and tools including Personio, DEEL
• Collaborate with external legal teams to review and implement policy updates as required

THE PERFECT RECIPE OF SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated success in personally sourcing, closing, and onboardingsenior/high-profile talent
• Proven track record in the industry, of building culture and scaling People in afast-growing company and experience working closely with C-Level
• Advanced experience in data-driven decision-making, with a history of analyzing,reviewing, and redefining recruitment metrics to optimize processes and outcomes
• Hands-on expertise with Personio, coupled with a comprehensive and up-to-dateknowledge of German employment law and its practical application in daily HR work
• Strong service orientation mindset with exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills to build strong relationships across all levels and functions of theorganization
• Full professional fluency in both English and German
