Requirements

Experience in a senior HR leadership role.
Proven experience leading and managing HR teams of at least 10 direct reports within a fast-paced, online business environment with a workforce of 1000+ employees. Experience in scaling HR operations to support rapid growth is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of HR best practices and current industry trends.
Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills; ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience working within the IT industry or a technology-focused environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Team Management of People Partners:

  • Building and developing the team; evaluating and monitoring workload of People Partners;
  • Setting goals and tasks for the People Partners team;
  • Training and professional development of People Partners;
  • Ensuring the quality execution of HR processes by People Partners;
  • Working with core HR metrics.

Implementation of Policies and Processes:

Initiating necessary changes and updates in HR policies and processes.

Collaboration with Managers and Other Departments:

Training line managers on HR processes;
Partnering with C-level leaders of the segment on the quality of HR processes within their teams;
Monitoring organizational structure: relevance of job titles and seniority levels.

Data Collection and Analytics:

Providing C-level leaders with necessary statistics on their units: vacations, turnover, upcoming HR processes involving leadership;
Delivering recommendations for strengthening the internal employer brand.

Strategic Partnership:

Collaborating with C-level leaders to identify and resolve issues impacting business performance.
