Responsibilities

Development and implementation of a holistic purchasing and supply chain strategy in the Aerostructures division
Management and further development of our purchasing department
Optimization of processes, cost structures and delivery performance
Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with suppliers worldwide
Conception and implementation of digitalization initiatives in purchasing and the supply chain
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure efficiency and transparency

Qualifications

Successfully completed studies in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of management experience in strategic purchasing and supply chain management in a medium‑sized company and in the aerospace industry
Demonstrable success in transformations and/or growth projects
Strong digital affinity and experience using modern IT and ERP systems in an SAP environment
Leadership skills: motivating, assertive, and hands‑on
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in German and English
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills. Will and energy to make things happen and achieve ambitious goals.
