Head of Product (d/w/m)

Your mission and responsibilities

AsHead of Product (Hybrid in Berlin or Saarbrücken), you will take full ownership of the product function: from shaping the long-term vision to executing product delivery with engineering, research, and GTM. You’ll bridge the gap between scientific innovation and market demand, ensuring QuantPi builds products that customers love, trust, and rely on.
Product Discovery & Market Fit

• Build deep understanding of our users, customers, and market opportunities through continuous product discovery interviews.
• Own competitor analysis and develop key persona profiles to inform product strategy and prioritization.
• Define and iterate on the product’s unique value proposition as the category leader in Trustworthy AI.

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and drive the product roadmap, aligned with company goals, user needs, and market trends.
• Champion a strong user experience across the entire product journey (not just UI, but education, onboarding, and activation).
• Prioritize features based on real user feedback, market intelligence, and strategic positioning.

Product Economics & Customer Value

• Support the continuous optimization of pricing and business model to align product value with revenue potential.
• Implement quantifiable product metrics to build compelling business cases for customers and internal stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work hand-in-hand with engineering, research, and GTM to bring ideas to life.
• Translate scientific breakthroughs into user-facing value and scalable features.
• Partner with the GTM team to support pre-sales, customer success, and technical enablement.

Your profile

Experience

• 6+ years in product leadership roles in AI, deep-tech, or highly technical software companies.
• Experience in early-stage or scale-up environments, ideally as part of a team evolving from MVP to market traction.
• Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams, including interfacing with research or engineering-heavy teams.
• Strong grasp of platform product design and value creation (ideally a platform that plays a horizontal role at the customer’s IT architecture with respective integrations).

Skills & Mindset

• Technically fluent: you understand how AI works and are able to engage with our data science and engineering teams.
• Deep customer empathy with a structured, analytical and outcome-oriented approach to discovery.
• Passionate about building category-defining products, with a strategic mindset and strong execution skills.
