Learn more here: Nomad Capitalist YouTube About the RoleWe’re hiring a Head of Product to oversee our Client Success and Knowledge divisions, which include Research and Strategy. This role is central to our mission: ensuring our clients receive world-class strategic outcomes and that our knowledge systems, playbooks and frameworks are accurate, fast and scalable. You’ll turn the Founder’s vision into structured execution, leading cross-functional teams to deliver consistent results, improve client experience and scale our intellectual infrastructure. ResponsibilitiesOversee the full client product experience - from research to delivery.Lead and manage the Client Success, Knowledge, Research and Strategy teams.Refine and maintain playbooks, frameworks and internal knowledge systems.Ensure every client strategy meets Nomad Capitalist standards for accuracy, clarity and speed.Set and enforce measurable KPIs for execution, output quality and client satisfaction.Collaborate with leadership to align service delivery with company growth goals.Build systems that make complex global solutions simple, elegant and repeatable. Qualifications7+ years of leadership in consulting, product/service design or client operations.Experience in international business, tax, law or strategic services preferred.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive measurable impact.Global mindset - you understand diverse markets and cultures.Excellent written and spoken English; other languages a plus.
