Head of Product (iGaming/Gaming) – hybrid in Berlin

About the Role

We are a successful iGaming company looking for a Head of Product to lead the product team and report directly to the CTO. The role is based in Berlin on a hybrid basis and will undergo a 3‑stage interview process.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the product team and product strategy.
• Lead product development and roadmap execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Present updates to C‑level executives on a regular basis.

Qualifications & Skills

• Several years of product‑oriented roles.
• Experience working in the iGaming or gaming industry.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling product teams.
• Strong communication skills in German and English (C1+).
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.

Compensation

Salary range: €90,000–€120,000, depending on experience and expertise.
