Lead global quality excellence, drive strategic initiatives across our product portfolio, and inspire teams to deliver innovative, reliable, and customer‑delighting solutions worldwide.

What You’ll Bring

• Advanced academic background with a Master’s degree or higher, ideally in chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial/process engineering, material sciences, or a related field
• A proven track record in Quality Management with state‑of‑the‑art methodological know‑how, ideally in product development, quality in manufacturing, and Supplier Quality Management
• Sharp business acumen, enabling you to balance technical expertise with strategic decision‑making
• Strong leadership track record, including several years of managing international teams of 5+ people, with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive success in complex cross‑functional matrix environments
• Experience with industrial mass production, ideally in chemical—and also mechanical—production is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills to perform successfully in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
• Fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)
• Willingness to regularly travel internationally, mainly in Europe and the US
