Your Mission

• Leadership & Team Management
• Disciplinary leadership and development of the technical teams
• Structured task allocation, prioritisation and progress tracking
• Coaching and supporting team leads in resource planning
• Management of the test field, including capacity planning and expansion projects
• Ensuring smooth operation of test benches and systems (including FAT)
• Reporting to the CTO and close collaboration with the PMO
• Implementation and optimisation of intra‑team and cross‑team processes
• Further development of standards for documentation, control and knowledge transfer
• Support in the implementation of new quality and process guidelines
• Development of strategies for engineering, simulation and testing
• Creation of concepts for upgrades and optimisation of test benches
• Analysis and evaluation of measurement and simulation results

Your Profile

• Several years of leadership experience (min. 5 years) in a senior role within technically demanding, performance‑driven industries (e.g., aerospace, energy, automotive)
• Strong expertise in project management, resource and capacity planning, and a proven track record in leading complex development projects from R&D to market launch
• In‑depth expertise in systems engineering, thermodynamics and energy conversion, and confident handling of measurement, simulation and testing systems
• Ability to lead, motivate and strategically develop interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including confident interaction with the CTO
• Strategic, structured and solution‑oriented working style combined with a high sense of responsibility
• Passion for sustainable energy, technological innovation and the advancement of disruptive technologies
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
