We’ve built a strong track record delivering results across paid media, content, and digital strategy, and now we’re ready to expand our reach. We're growing fast, and we’re ready to bring on our first dedicated sales hire to help take things to the next level. If you love building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals in the digital marketing space, this is your chance to shape the entire sales function from the ground up. The OpportunityThis isn’t a typical sales role, you’ll be the architect of our sales engine. You’ll own the outbound motion, refine the pitch, build the pipeline, and work directly with the founders to drive growth. As our first sales hire, you’ll have huge influence over how the commercial side of the business evolves. Responsibilities:Identify and win new business across our ideal customer profilesBuild and manage a revenue pipeline from scratchOwn outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channelsLead discovery calls, pitch meetings, and proposal processesWork directly with the founders to shape our sales strategyHelp define pricing, messaging, and go-to-market approachesTrack metrics, optimise performance, and report on progress Skills and experience required:Experience selling digital marketing services, agency work, or B2B solutionsConfident with outbound sales and building pipeline independentlyStrong communication skillsA builder mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in ambiguitySomeone who loves meeting people, understanding problems, and closing dealsA growth-oriented person excited by the challenge of being first in the door In return, they can offer:Competitive salary + commission structureHuge ownership and autonomyDirect access to decision-makersA role where your work immediately shapes the business If you want to lead sales at a growing digital marketing agency and help write the playbook, we’d love to speak with you.
