Are you a strong commercial leader who knows the DACH market inside out? Our client is looking for a highly driven Head of Sales & Buying (DACH) who can take full ownership of sales growth, strategic partnerships, and sourcing/buying operations.
If you thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy negotiating, and can build high-performing teams this role is for you.
You will lead all commercial activities across the DACH region, combining strategic sales leadership with hands‑on buying and sourcing management. Your goal: expand the company’s footprint, improve margins, strengthen supplier relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth.
This position requires a strong communicator, negotiator and strategist who knows how to work with retailers, suppliers, manufacturers and B2B partners.
Develop and execute a strong sales and buying strategy for DACH markets
Build and mentor a high‑performing sales & buying team
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Experience leading teams and driving performance
Deep understanding of the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2+)
Leadership role with high commercial impact across the DACH region
