Head of Sales(Geely Auto Brand)

Stellenbeschreibung:

Responsible for achieving business objectives in the target market, strengthening market positioning, driving sustainable brand growth, and ensuring compliance across all sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide deep insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape within the region.
  • Monitor and benchmark competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and threats.
  • Build and enhance partnerships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, dealers, and business partners.
  • Plan and develop the local channel network to ensure strong market coverage and effective resource allocation.

Business Planning & Execution

  • Define, implement, and manage annual and monthly business targets.
  • Develop localized marketing strategies and business policies to achieve key performance indicators (sales, profit, market share, and customer satisfaction).
  • Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the channel network.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee supply chain coordination and monitor dealer operations to maintain stable performance.
  • Balance short-term sales results with long-term brand building and customer service operations.

Customer Satisfaction & Brand Advocacy

  • Ensure NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys are effectively conducted and customer feedback is prioritized and addressed promptly.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for GEELY, representing the company’s values and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Monitor and manage operational risks across the entire business chain.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with corporate policies and local regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Serve as a role model and point of reference for the sales organization within the area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales (preferably with dealer groups or car brand companies).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing dealer networks.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong market acumen and a pioneering spirit.
  • High passion, resilience, and results-oriented mindset under pressure.
