Your central role

  • Ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded and that ERGO takes a leading position in the field of Search in the coming years through the strategic implementation of AI tools
  • Responsible for the operational online marketing of various subsidiaries and international units, ensuring the further development and successful scaling of online channels for the targeted delivery of online offerings
  • Monitoring the planning, management, and implementation of sales activities related to quantitative and qualitative sales measures within the area of responsibility
  • Leading strategic projects that align with the international requirements and standards of the ERGO Group and advising the international ERGO companies as a Global Competence Center for all online marketing-related inquiries
  • Expanding the operational revenue responsibility for international units in the digital sector to ensure a consistent and effective online marketing strategy as well as the networking of all Direct & Online Sales channels for efficient management across all sales and closing paths
  • Leading, developing, and motivating employees across two hierarchical levels while ensuring efficient organizational processes within the area of responsibility

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience in direct sales/direct and online marketing and project management/leading projects based on the theoretical foundation of a business degree or a completed comparable qualification
  • In-depth direct & online marketing know-how and understanding of sales processes with solid operational experience in various online marketing channels
  • Expertise in the topics of tracking, AdTech, and attribution as well as the associated technologies
  • Experience in cross-border collaboration and professional leadership of international stakeholders up to C-level, as well as competence in strategic action
  • entrepreneurial thinking, and conceptual skills with a high degree of innovation, quality orientation, strong communication skills, and audience-oriented abstraction ability
