As Head of Supplier Management Key Account & Supplier Acquisition, you will take on the technical and disciplinary management of the department. In this role, you will also be responsible for promoting, supporting and coaching employees. You will be responsible for organisational and administrative planning as well as controlling and optimising workflows, and you will be responsible for ensuring, optimising and further developing process standards and system optimisations. In addition, you will be involved in day‑to‑day operations and act as the contact person for key account suppliers in the Fuel/Vehicle Services division. Your area of responsibility includes the coordination, information, networking and further development of key account suppliers in Fuel/Vehicle Services throughout the entire supplier life cycle. You will be responsible for ensuring that budget targets are met within your supplier portfolio. You will also act as the interface between key account suppliers and DKV, in particular driving forward product and payment developments independently. You will analyse market trends and, in consultation with the VP Fuel/Vehicle Services, derive measures from them. In addition, you will be responsible for acquiring smaller suppliers and will play a key role in country strategies. As the person responsible for meeting acquisition targets, you will constantly manage and develop the acquisition processes. You will assist with cost and sales planning and be responsible for resource planning. You will take on the management of projects or participate in them and assist with M&A activities, including post‑merger integration.
