Key Responsibilities

• Shape the future growth of the sales organization as an early hire.
• Sell programmatic monetization solutions to app publishers, focusing on mobile gaming.
• Own high‑impact initiatives with autonomy and ownership.

Requirements

• 7+ years in programmatic sales, ideally within mobile ad tech or gaming apps.
• Comfortable working onsite at our European HQ in Germany 3 days/week (relocation package available).
