• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical engineering
• 5-8 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in the shipbuilding sector
• Knowledge of complex technical project execution
• Knowledge of relevant technical regulations
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent German and English language skills, spoken and written

• Technical and disciplinary leadership
• Management and further development of employees including resource and deployment planning, as well as HSE tasks
• Further development and optimization of methods and processes as well as their implementation
• Participation in resource planning and cost planning, as well as ensuring key figure-based progress reporting
• Identifying technical innovations and trends and implementing them in collaboration with the respective departments
