YOUR MISSION

Develop and execute the recruiting strategy for Sales and Operations roles across Germany
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruiting team
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective solutions
Strengthen employer branding and implement modern sourcing approaches
Monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and manage external recruitment partners

YOUR EXPERIENCE / TALENTS

Proven experience in managing and developing recruiting teams
Solid track record of successfully hiring for Sales and/or Operations roles, ideally within the IT or technology sector
Deep knowledge of modern recruiting tools, sourcing strategies, and employer branding
Strong business acumen and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills
