Your new field of activity

• Management and further development of IT, medical technology and digitization
• Strategic planning and implementation of digitalization projects across the entire hospital network
• Integration of medical technology systems into the IT landscape (e.g. HL7, DICOM, PACS, HIS, RIS)
• Ensuring IT security and compliance, especially when handling sensitive healthcare data
• Active collaboration on innovative AI projects with external partners
• Coordination of external service providers and partners in the areas of software, infrastructure and medical technology
• Advising the management on technological and digital issues

What we wish for

What we wish for

• Completed studies in computer science, medical technology, business informatics or comparable
• Several years of management experience in complex IT structures in the healthcare sector
• Deep understanding of medical software solutions, interfaces and regulatory requirements
• Experience in the digitalization of clinical processes (e.g. ePA, telemedicine, mobile applications)
• Strong communication skills, strategic thinking and a high sense of responsibility
• An innovative spirit and the ability to motivate and connect interdisciplinary teams
