Key Responsibilities Own the Wind & Site Assessment function across the German project portfolio (technical leadership, not team management). Develop and maintain the data basis for yield, noise, and shadow modelling. Assess and evaluate potential wind sites across Germany using tools such as WindPRO, WAsP, ArcGIS, and CFD. Lead energy yield assessments, noise and shadow flicker modelling to support development and investment decisions. Act as the internal expert for wind resource assessment, working closely with development, engineering, and external consultants.

The Ideal Candidate Strong experience in wind resource assessment within development, consultancy, or an IPP. Proficient with WindPRO, WAsP, OpenWind, ArcGIS, and CFD tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into practical project decisions. Fluent German and English.
