The Xetra/Eurex Core Asset & Storage Solutions team is at the heart of our mission, ensuring the unwavering stability, security, and operational integrity of our leading Derivatives and Cash markets, Eurex and Xetra.

In this leadership role, you will be at the helm of providing and managing our core storage solutions. You will guide a team of specialists and oversee the entire stack of our underlying storage systems, guaranteeing data availability and peak performance. Your strategic vision will shape the future of patch and asset management across our server infrastructure, protecting our environment from emerging vulnerabilities and ensuring its resilience.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of technical experts to achieve a high standard of professional service quality and meet ambitious team goals.
• Drive strategic initiatives and take ownership of continuously improving asset management, patch management, and storage engineering within Xetra/Eurex Operations.
• Collaborate closely and coordinate with service-receiving teams within the Xetra/Eurex Operations department and various application development teams.
• Enhance operational excellence by developing and refining operational processes and preparing regular, insightful service reports to measure and communicate service quality.
• Apply your project management expertise to steer key initiatives and ensure their successful implementation from start to finish.

Your profile:

• A proven track record of successfully managing and leading service-oriented teams in a technical environment.
• Solid technical and functional understanding in the areas of server and storage services, asset management, and project management.
• Excellent ability to organize and distribute workloads , strategically leveraging the individual strengths of team members.
• A highly self-motivated and collaborative team player , distinguished by strong social skills and a proven ability to thrive in a team setting.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and German .
